The only disadvantage of Cloud computing is that it requires an active internet connection. Of course, that’s the basic concept behind it, but if an improved technology like offline storage is made available then Cloud computing will be used widely and prove more useful in case of emergencies.

Thanks for the comment. Most people have a internet connection now though so it’s not really that much of a disadvantage.
