Are these dell laptops any good compared to a macbook? I have a few macbooks but I want to play games on them. Are dells any good to play games like DOTA 2 or Battlefield?

Laptops are not meant for playing Games. But if you are gaming addict, then I recommend you to purchase Dell’s Alienware Laptops. They are specially designed for gaming with 16 GB RAM and more than 7 hours of gaming time.

Hmm, I didn’t know laptops weren’t made for gaming. I’ll look into the alienware laptops thanks Naser. I have a desktop that I play games on but sometimes I go on trips and I like bringing my laptop. That’s why I’m looking for a laptop for gaming. Thanks again for the alienware link!

Apart from the solid configuration, What I personally like about XPS is the look. Its slim and looks very attractive.

Nice looking laptop but for a few extra $ you can get a 13″ MacBook Air that you can dual boot Windows and Mac OSX – best of both worlds. I like dell and use them in the office all the time, but if you’re going to spend that much on a laptop Apple wins any day.

I must say that Dell is providing awesome features and new technology to the laptop users. But they must also think of PRICE. How a normal middle class family person can afford it ???
I have purchased a Dell laptop with almost similar features like
1. HDD – 320GB
3. 4GB RAM
4. 1.8GB Nvidia Graphics.
In just 35,000.

You are right Abdullah but Ultrabooks are Ultrabooks………
